Beaches, sunsets, cocktails and more. Spend an exciting day in July for some South Jersey fun. This is not your typical bus trip, this is a Grand Voyages group trip! We love to travel and we love to have sophisticated fun and our itinerary shows that! We are not fans of “bussing” herds of people around. In fact, we have a limited number of seats on our group trips. We want you to have time to enjoy the destination at your leisure as you wish, indulge in fantastic food (included!), and perhaps take on the optional excursion for added fun.

Sunset Beach add $12pp
Enhance your island experience with an optional trip to Sunset Beach at Cape May Point. Search for Cape May “diamonds” along the sandy beach with gorgeous views of the oceanas your backdrop, or enjoy a lunch or ice cream treat at Sunset Beach Grill, and don’t forget to stop in at the Gift Shop filled with treasures waiting to be brought back home. This little slice of paradise offers miniature golf and is the final resting place of the USS Atalntus, shipwrecked just off shore. A truly memorable moment to bring home with you! Only $12 per person to add this optional excursion to your package. No beach tag required.

If you want to enjoy the beaches of Cape May, there is a $5pp beach tag required. You may purchase these at the entance to any Cape May beaches. A beach tag is NOT required at Sunset Beach at Cape May Point if you decide to go on the Sunset Beach excursion.

| Grand Voyages offers travel protection on every group trip. You can choose a policy that best fits your needs. Travel protection is optional, but highly recommended. Please contact Grand Voyages for coverage information and for a quote. |
| Registration Fee |
| A non-refundable registration fee is required for all group trips payable to Grand Voyages. Fee varies per trip. Credit card only. This is not a deposit. |
| Itinerary |
| All group trips go on through rain or shine. Itinerary is subject to change at any time with or without notice. In the event weather may cancel or postpone an event/activity of the trip, Grand Voyages may change the itinerary to a more suitable activity. |
| Deposit, Due Dates, & Payment Information |
| Deposit amounts and due dates are determined by the suppliers and/or tour operators. Grand Voyages provides a Group Trip Payment Info sheet for every group trip. Please refer to this form for payment information. Once payment has been made, you are bound by all Terms & Conditions, including cancellation penalties. You must sign and acknowledge, reading and understanding, all Terms & Conditions prior to making payment. Grand Voyages will provide Terms & Conditions on the specific group trip’s webpage. Hard copies will be mailed if requested. A credit card authorization form is required for any payment made via credit card, including your registration fee. You can authorize payments online. Any payments made with credit card will be charged by ‘Cruises & Tours Unlimited’, a 3.5% credit card processing fee will be applied, and is non-refundable. Any returned checks will impose a fee of $35.00. Payments not made by the due dates will cancel your reservation; and you will incur cancellation penalties. All group trips go on through rain or shine. |
| Liability Waiver |
| Travelers travel agent or any other company affiliated with traveler’s agent and/or Grand Voyages is not responsible for traveler and travelers party for any tour, activities, car, air, rail, or anything else travelers may partake in. Travelers understand they are solely responsible for their actions and will not hold Grand Voyages liable. Travelers understand that Grand Voyages have absolutely no control whatsoever and travelers will not hold Grand Voyages responsible or liable with what happens during travelers trip including bad weather, food poisoning, disease, animal/insect bites, strikes, war, acts of God, any kind of theft, airline delay, substance abuse, jail, baggage loss and delay, gambling losses, missed flights, connections, cruise, transfers, traffic, or anything else that may or may not cause monetary loss, hospitalization, health/medical problems, even death. Travelers understand to stay away from unlit, unfamiliar places. Travelers understand that some activities may require travelers to sign a Release and Waiver of Liability or Hold Harmless agreement prior to participating in any activity. Travelers understand that should they not sign required forms or deny any safety gear to participate, travelers may or may not receive a refund of any prepaid services/activities. Travelers understand that weather may cause a change in itinerary and/or activities and the itinerary is subject to change at any moment without notice. Grand Voyages was merely a consultant in travelers vacation planning who booked plans accordingly. Travelers indicate that travel insurance/protection came highly recommended. Grand Voyages is not the Tour Operator or Supplier for this group trip. At times, more than one tour operator or supplier may be used for the group trip. Grand Voyages simply acts as an agent booking the group trip between participants and tour operator and suppliers. |
| Cancellations |
| Cancellation penalty of $60 for cancellations made 5/14 – 6/14. For cancellations made after 6/14, no refund on any prepaid services. For payments made on a reservation prior to deposit date, a $25 cancellation penalty will be applied up through 5/14. Remember, the registration fee is non-refundable. |
